The nicest hotel staff I’ve ever met in my life! I had a flight disaster, was supposed to arrive at midnight and got in at 8 AM due to an 8 hour flight delay…they were very understanding, actually did not charge me for the night I missed, and made me breakfast even though the breakfast time had ended. The rooms are nice and big, the breakfast is delicious with the nicest person ever to serve you. Very great location in Scottsdale. Would recommend to anyone.

Apartment style living with great amenities. Free breakfast, daily room cleaning every 3 days, all paper supplies, dishwasher cleaners, etc. are gratis..Maintenance staff addresses concerns,, no lease, not locked into having to stay for a certain amount of time. And if you are smart you can get a Sonesta Bank America credit card for lots of other perks as well..

I stayed at Sonesta last February and I liked it so much two days turned into two months . What I thought was a quick trip to Scottsdale turned into a ten week vacation. , and Sonesta Suites played a stong part in deciding to stick around. The GM, Kelsey Knutson, is a hospitality superstar . She is always friendly, professional, and accommodating . I asked to extend about 20 different times and always received a, “Yes,of course”, on short notice . She has the staff perfectly trained and they all seem to really like each other. Most of my interaction with the front desk was at night with Amber and Beth, but the day staff was outstanding as well . The housekeeping manager Karen is a star as well! Finally , the Director of Sales is a true gentleman and very engaging, even if you are not in need of assistance . It’s been five months since I departed and I had to write a review. Definitely will return next spring . A plus hotel .

Y I was ironing my clothes and my shirt and the iron had a burn mark on it not realizing this burnt my shirt $120 shirt the assistant manager said to get credit from you guys which is ridiculous but then he said he's going to call he said he could never

Yeah I'm pissed off so they gave me this iron expecting it to be clean I earning my shirt and it burnt my shirt I asked him for a refund they said they were trying to read you the shirt cost $120 and I still haven't heard anything back
